Operator and acceptance
These terms govern Gift Wrap & Messages, a Shopify application provided by MindFlash Studio. Contact: support@mindflashstudio.com. By installing, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. You confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
Service
The app provides digital tools for cart gift selection, material configuration, greetings, print preparation, gift-order status, analytics and plan/usage management. The merchant supplies and fulfills the wrapping, cards and greetings. A preparation mark is an internal note, not Shopify fulfillment, delivery confirmation or proof that a gift was physically supplied.
Merchant responsibilities
Configure accurate product descriptions, prices, images and real card dimensions. Hold the rights to uploaded images and other content. Disclose gift charges and preparation methods to shoppers. Verify fonts, text placement, character limits, printer sheet size and 100% scaling with a physical test. Secure the merchant account and staff access. Provide lawful instructions for customer information and do not include unnecessary sensitive data in greetings or support attachments.
Check the actual storefront theme and purchase paths before use. The app does not guarantee support for every theme or cart drawer. Checkout paths that bypass the cart also bypass its chooser. Do not represent a placeholder or unapproved print layout as an exact physical preview.
Plans and billing
Free provides access to features with a 3-paid-gift-order monthly allowance. Pro is listed at $6.99 USD monthly or $69.99 USD annually and removes this Free cap. Shopify's displayed approval terms, billing interval, taxes, trial and plan-change conditions govern the accepted subscription. No subscription starts solely because the user reads a plan card. The app checks quota before saving gift choices. Concurrent shoppers, previously saved carts and delayed events can cause completed gift orders to exceed the allowance. No per-order overage charge is implemented. Downgrading or changing plans does not erase existing usage. Refunds and cancellations do not replenish the counted allowance. Ordinary checkout remains available when the gift feature cannot be offered.
Data, reports and availability
Shopify permissions and history limits constrain order views and analytics. Partial or unavailable analytics must not be treated as zero sales. Gift-option sales do not establish incremental revenue caused by the app. A prepared-order view is not a separate permanent archive of all Shopify orders.
The merchant remains responsible for delivering customer access reports and addressing Shopify-side data. Uninstall cleanup deletes app-database records after authenticated event processing; it does not remove Shopify products, orders or all downloaded copies. Acceptable use and rights
Use the app lawfully and within Shopify's platform rules. Do not misuse credentials, interfere with other stores, defeat security controls or upload content you have no right to use. The operator retains rights in its software; the merchant retains rights in its own content and permits processing needed to deliver the service. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses. No ownership in merchant content is transferred merely by using the app.
Ending use and service changes
Manage the plan through the Shopify plan interface and verify the resulting status. You may uninstall the app in Shopify Admin. Already incurred charges and exported records are addressed separately. The operator may change the service for maintenance, platform changes or security and will provide notice when required. No 24/7 response time, fixed uptime or printer-performance guarantee is offered.
Liability and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. The courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another forum. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for Gift Wrap & Messages during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
