Purpose of this website
This website provides information about Gift Engine, a Shopify application for merchants to create and manage automatic gift-with-purchase campaigns. It is intended for business users and is not a consumer storefront.
Pricing and contracting
Gift Engine Pro pricing is stated in USD on the Pricing page. Shopify displays the applicable plan, trial, tax information, renewal terms, and final amount before a merchant approves a charge. The website itself does not collect payment-card details or complete a purchase.
Intellectual property
The Gift Engine name, website content, software, visuals, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in the Terms of Service.
External services and links
Gift Engine integrates with Shopify and uses Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure. External websites are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Electronic communications
Operational and support communications may be sent by email when necessary to provide the service. Marketing communications are sent only where a valid legal basis exists and may be opted out of at any time.
Applicable law
This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory protections that apply under the law of a relevant jurisdiction.
